change windows XP usr a/c's psswd with nowin the old psswd ?

1) click on start button------>run---->cmd(hit enter)

2) cmd will open -- in cmd type net user
3) all user name will appear
4) then type net user "users name"(example:net user xyz)
5) then the user information will be appeared
6) then type net user username * (example:net user xyz)
7) it will ask for the password,enter the new password( press enter after typeing the password)
it will ask confirm of the password (press enter after typeing password)
-----after that it must show " The command completed successfully"-----

if ur nt abel to acess the cmd promt......
1- right click on my computer............select manage option............
2-then u'll c comp managemet window............select local users and groups.........expand it..............then select users
3-then select the victim's a/c name(eg-administrator,guest,himanshu etc)........right click on that a/c name............ right click on that a/c.........select the set password option............
4-then......u'll c a warnin msg .......select the proceed button.........
5-then enter the new password.............conferm it...............
thats all...........n u done.......
